Create your own macro

Hello,

I have a hard time finding out how I can add my own macros, searching both the online documentation, administration interface and this forum. Perhaps I'm expecting too much, but I need to automate a simple thing with a dialog. In short, I enter a number and it enters the number and a link based on that number.

How would I go about adding that?
