Create new space and associate multiple existing spaces into it

If you move a parent page then the child pages move with it. So, if you go to your old spaces and create new pages that you assign as the space home page you should be able to move the old space home page and all of the child pages as well.

Set the new home page in space admin

Using the Confluence Command Line Interface you ca copy page hierarchy using copyPage
