Copying a page does not copy permissions

When I copy a page or a page tree, the permissions on the page are not copied. IS there a way to do this?

Example: We have aa standard template of pages within our knowledgebase. Each page has different permissions according to the group that is allowed to edit the page. Rather than recreating the permissions on each page, I would like to copy the permissions when I copy the template pages.

Hi,

You are right, restrictions are not copied with the page, and created page is unrestricted.

There is an improvement request for this. Please visit:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-20593

I recommend that you watch the issue to receive the updates and don't forget to vote on it.

Regards,

Hossein
