Copying a Global template

hi,

we have Confluence 5.3 server.

We want to rename the space categories that are prvided by default. i donot want to use any plug-ins

1)is there a way to rename existing space category blueprints?

2)if not, how can i copy the space blueprints(ex-Documentation) and have it named as "S-Docs". we want to organize all our documents. all teams to use same spaces for similar documents.

3)my next step is to diable the old space categories. what will happen to spaces that are already created?

4) i see users can add the label to any space by editing (if they have space admin rights) and this would create a new category. is there a way to stop this from happening?

thanks!
