Copy paste does not work for table

Copy and paste shortcuts does not work for table if I try to copy more than one cell. 

Not even that, it looks like table commands stop working after I try to copy more than one cell so I am not able to add a new column for example.

I also realized that this happens to tables where there are merge cells. 

Why is this process so bad? It is a simple copy and paste, with no special format. My company is paying a lot of money to you for having such a bad using experience.

Can I clarify what you mean by copy/paste shortcuts - do you mean Ctrl/Cmnd + C/V?

I just tested this in a few scenarios and it seems to work for me - could you provide screenshots and more specific details of...
