Over night it seems a lot of our content pages in confluence OnDemand are gone. I can't find any reference to them anywhere, and they're also not in the trash.

Can someone at atlassian please support me to find out where the content is and if it would be possible to restore it?

Hello, check your restricted pages... could it be that someone else just restricted the access to those pages?
