I created one document but when I Published it, everything but the page title was discarded. I lost a lot content because of it. How is this possible and why there is no history or backup of what I had written? I can see the pics in history but not what I wrote. There was no warning or pop-up.
I hear you and it's sucks when you spend a lot of time creating content and nothing it's saved. What I recommend users is to frequently save the changes in the page every 5 minutes.
Then, instead of having to scroll all the way up to click on the "edit" button, type "e" on your keyboard and you can start editing right from the spot your are viewing your page.
