In my department we had a Confluence instance - small, but it contains all of our knowledgebase. Our parent department has since purchased Confluence for the entire deparment. We would like to migrate all of our pages into the new Confluence - hopefully in some kind of organized manner.
Are there any instructions anywhere?
Depending on the details of your use case (do the instances have the same user base? Are the instances close to the same version of Confluence?) you can probably follow Restoring a Space to export your small instance's spaces to XML and then import them on the parent department's instance. The pages will then be organized into spaces, not jumbled in with the destination instance's pages.
