Confulence can not startup correctly...

Hi support

 

After a server hang and reboot... the Confluence can not startup correctly, the error message is below...how to to with this?

For several possible causes and resolutions, please see the article you posted from the log:

Confluence will not start due to fatal error in Confluence cluster

Your description matches number 2 under Diagnosis and Resolutions:

If the problem occurs shortly after startup in a single-node (non-clustered) deployment and it wasn't caused by multiple deployments, see if clustersafety table (in the database) has more than one record. If so, just delete one of them.

To see if there are two records in the clustersafety table, please try this SQL query on the Confluence database:

select * from clustersafety;

1. You seem to have no Confluence in clustering mode
2. An other instance of Confluence already applies to your database.
3. Finish this instance or create an additional new database.
