Confluence v6.0 - When will it be released and what's in it?

Dear Atlassian Team

I am a Confluence user and I notice release 5.9.5 was released on 11 Jan 2016. Is v6.0 due for release later in 2016?

Atlassian routinely comments that they do not publish details about product roadmaps.

However, it's safe to assume that realtime editing will be part of the next major release (6.0), as also confirmed by Sherif Mansour.

It also looks like Atlassian is bringing realtime editing to Cloud very soon, and could be releasing 6.0 for server as early as April, though they won't commit to specific dates.
