Confluence updates in press releases but not availble?

I'm seeing articles indicating that some new features have gone out in Confluence such as the ability to schedule a publish, or more color options but I don't see anything about those in Confluence itself.   Have they just not be released yet?  The articles made it sound like they were recent updates.

@Mike SahaI've also seen that others asked these questions.  Not sure if Atlassian has actually rolled out the features described in the articles.
