Confluence service keeps crashing

The confluence service was working fine till last week, and suddenly it started crashing. I tried to find if someone else has faced this issue but not getting anywhere.  I tried clearing the cache folders but did not help. Here is the start of the error log.
there are bunch of other errors after this.

Did you do an update of Confluence or any app?

What other errors are in the log?

Did you try starting Confluence without apps?

I did not update anything.

I tried to disable plugins but that did not help
