Confluence search does not show the right results

Hi,

i have created two sites in confluence. The first one has the titel "testentry", the second one "newtestentry". If i now search for testentry only "testentry" is found. If i search with the joker symbol for "*testentry", the site called "newtestentry" is still not found.

Why is this?

Hi Fabian,

do you have Confluence onDemand ? Leading wildcards is an experimental feature currently only available in the OnDemand-System. This is described here:
