Confluence produces an error when logged into JIRA

Hey,

Some of our customers have reported, and we've reproduced this behavior with invited people, that when navigating to Confluence, while logged into JIRA, they get this error:

What's going on? What can we do, if anything, to resolve it?

Service Desk (Cloud I believe)

Can you clarify what you mean by Customers? We don't know what tools you're using.

Are they Service Desk Customers, with access restricted to the Customer Portal?
