Can I restrict Space on confluence only for specific groups? If I restrict space from other people, will it allow others to see content in it ? pages and others? because pages are automatically public, as I know
Yes. You can choose who can view and/or edit - per individuals or groups.
Having said that... when you say 'pages are automatically public', do you mean they are visible to anonymous users because your space is public?
