Confluence page: how to not display the author?

Fajar Suryawan June 5, 2013

In some of Atlassian's documentation pages, which is written on Confluence, the author (or the updater) is not displayed. For example, see https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Changing+Usernames

How to achieve this? How to NOT display the author in a confluence page?

Zen Foundation theme also allows you to do that, as an option feature baked into the theme, among others.
