Have you configured a reverse proxy? What about Selinux to open up that port?
This a case where testing via a desktop on the server could tell you if it is at least working locally.

Seems there might be an issue during startup, please verify does the Confluence started successfully or not. Please have a look at the confluence logs and let us know.

Hello. Thanks for your answer. This is now ok. As our security team has blocked some other ports, we redirect port 80 to 8090 to make it work.
