Confluence migration

I have installed confluence 5.5 with mysql 5.6 ...

Also i have taken a backup of confluence 3.5 from another machine mysql 5.1 and loaded into the new DB. But i could not see the sites... please let me know, what to do.

That's not just a "migration between servers", you're doing a massive upgrade as well. Moving from one database to another is generally a doddle if the databases are the same (eg mysqldump > output.dmp, then myslql < output.dmp to load it on another server, then hack the dbconfig file to point at the new one). Your upgrade is really very NOT that simple.

The route for this is wrong. You should NOT go from Confluence 3.5 to anything higher than 5.0.

Upgrade from 3.5 to 5.5 using the most appropriate route

Upgrade from 5.0 to 5.5 using the recommended process.
