I have raised necessary paper work & paid invoices few months ago to get the Confluence license renewed from 30 may 2017 to 30 May 2018 however when I logged into Confluence, I see the warning message of “You no longer have access Support”. Can you please advise.
Hi Waruna, thanks for the clarification. Nic Brough suggested there that you need to update the license key in the server. If the license is not accepted, please post a screenshot and describe your actions exactly, as well as the observed result.
