Confluence licence renewal process

Hi there,

 I have raised necessary paper work & paid invoices few months ago to get the Confluence  license renewed from 30 may 2017 to 30 May 2018 however when I logged into Confluence, I see the warning message of “You no longer have access Support”. Can you please advise.

Hi Waruna, is this about Atlassian Cloud or on-premise Confluence server?

it is on-premise Confluence server.

Hi Waruna, thanks for the clarification. Nic Brough suggested there that you need to update the license key in the server. If the license is not accepted, please post a screenshot and describe your actions exactly, as well as the observed result.

You have not copied your new licence key from your my.atlassian account and applied it to your Confluence server.

Hi Nic,

I have have copied the new licence key from my.atlassian account and  to the Confluence server however it is not taking it.

"It is not taking it" is totally useless as a response.  The reply to that is simply "you're doing it wrong". 

Please, tell us what error(s) are you getting?
