Confluence keeps logging me out and 403 Forbidden

Hi, for two days in a row, once I started to edit on a confluence page (say.. after 3min) it logged me out and then I got 403 Forbidden message where I can't even log back in. Have cleared the browsing history.

Hm unsure. It happened for 2 days then kind of sorted itself out, so I'm good for now. Have been using the same browser (safari) that has only been used to log in to this confluence, so I won't have to swap out Microsoft login details. Anyway thanks for your help!
