Confluence is picking up Jira users

Hi,

We recently purchased a license for Confluence and currently only required the 10-user license.  However, we have been running Jira for a while now and when we installed Confluence it's picked up all the Jira users, which means we have exceeded our license limit right off the bat. 

How do we remove the Jira users from Confluence without impacting Jira?

Hi Mark, 

In Cloud, if you go to Site administration > Application access > Confluence, you can revoke access for the users who don't need it.  You can also manage user defaults here, to control which applications new users can access. Here are some instructions:
