Confluence: disable refresh on JIRA issues table?

Simone Longoni July 7, 2014

Hi!

Within a Confluence page, I would like to take a snapshot of JIRA issues matching a given filter (at the time of editing) disabling any unintended refresh (automatic or manual, e.g. via "refresh" button) unless in Edit mode of the page.

I am basically creating a Fault Review Board report page in which I would like to list the issues at the time of the meeting, without having the list updated at each view/unintentionally.

Is there a way to disable the Refresh (or any easy workaround to achieve the objective)?

Thanks a lot!!!

Simone

Hello Simone, have you considered using the export feature from the Issue Navigator in JIRA? There is a number of compatible formats, from XML to Excel and they can provide more static format for the results when added to a Confluence page.
