Confluence configuration extremely slow

Confluence is extremely slow for me. I haven't used the spaces yet, but when I do all the permissions and space creations. I often wait 10 seconds for a page to load.

Yes, it is still happening. I also made a screen recording, but unfortunately I cannot upload it here. It's also hard to share additional information, but please let me know what you need.

I started now to add pages to the spaces, and it is also extremely slow. Once the editor is open, it is fine and I can edit, but once I want to publish it's also taking up to 10 seconds for the overlay to show.
