Hello Samuel, first a couple of questions to determine the scope of the issue, did you just perform an upgrade task in Confluence? There is a chance that custom markup may be interferring with the spaces display, for such you can look into any customizations through a support zip (it will bundle any modifications to the application default view in its archive).
no upgrade task has been performed. What do you mean with custom markup (=user macros?)? To be precise, this problem occured once before. That time, the reindexing from scratch fixed this issue. However, now reindexing did not help.
