Confluence backups

I used the Backup Manager to Create a backup and saved the folder to my computer. In the event I need to upload a backup, is this a service provided by Atlassian, or this a manual process?

Does Atlassian do regular backups for their OnDemand customers?

Hello Gan,

We have a FAQ for these questions here. Ondemand takes a backup each 24 hours and you can also create your own backup.
