Hi There,
We've been using the on-demand version of confluence and jira now for a couple of weeks and the response and overall usability is terribly slow... We operate a small business in The Netherlands.
It has now become a pain in the ... and folks are complaining regularly... :(
Hope there is a reason and it will be solved soon...

Currently down in UK. My.atlassian is down too so can't log a support request - but I'm sure they're aware.
EDIT: Now working noramlly again.
