Confluence and JIRAs users and issues

Hello!

Is it possible to create issue in JIRA and to follow it's progress in Confluence if I have a licence for Confluence user and don't have licence for JIRA user?

What is the best way to create dashboard in Confluece if I would like to see all my issue in JIRA in one place in Confluence and to see the priority of this issue in this place?

Thank You!

Regards,

Ella

Hi Ella,

You won't be able to create issues in Jira without a Jira license but you will be able to view issues (if they enable you to) and have a Page to follow it's progress.

Dashboards are only available in Jira. In Confluence you can create a Page with a Jira Issues Macro that will list you the issues according to a search. Here as well, your user has to be able to view the issues for them to be shown in Confluence.

To see all your jira issues in Confluence, create a Jira Issues Macro with the following search:

assignee = currentUser() AND resolution = Unresolved ORDER BY updatedDate DESC

Hope it helps.

Cheers!

Thank You :)
