I have a team member that is in my Jira project, but I can't add him to Confluence projects. How do you do that?
In OnDemand, access is managed in a couple of ways. First, the user must have Application Access, which defines a license seat, in order to use the product. Once you've provided the user access to the application, you'll need to make sure your permissions are setup correctly.
