Confluence Team calendar error related with Jira icalendar

We are using Confluence team calendar and only when some of the users are trying to access the Confluence page with the Calendar and facing the below error, where as other users are not facing this issue and the team calendar is working fine for those.`

Error(s) occurred.

•Unable to load events of <JIRA project name> - Releases (0b09d7ea-a0f1-4abc-b918-1528b6147a30): Unable to read response fromhttps://jira.mycompany.com/rest/ical/1.0/ical/search/jql/events.ics?_=1429085417652&jql=project+%3D+%22REGREP%22&dateFieldName=versiondue&includeFixVersions=true&start=1425081600000&end=1436227200000&maxIssue=1000 as iCalendar text. You may want to check the connection to My_Company Jira

Those who are facing error is not able to see any updates from Jira in the team calendar also.

could you please let me know how to resolve this as I couldn't find any permissions regarding the icalendar in Jira.

When the users facing the error tried to access the link "https://jira.mycompany.com/rest/ical/1.0/ical/search/jql/events.ics?_=1429073453019&jql=project+%3D+%22REGREP%22&dateFieldName=versiondue&includeFixVersions=true&start=1425081600000&end=1436227200000&maxIssue=1000" which is mentioned in the above error message got the below response and the other users were able to download the calendar as expected.

Can you clairify how you have added the JIRA calendar events to the Team Calendar? I think I see a problem but I may just be misunderstanding you.
