Confluence Server mobile app 'We're missing something' error

I've just tried the new Confluence Server mobile app, but unfortunately it isn't working with our Confluence installation. 

We've enabled all the 3 required plugins, as described here https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/we-re-missing-something-error-on-confluence-server-mobile-app-938025601.html but still the app is displaying the error 'We're missing something'. 

Any hints?

Hello Bernhard!

Thank you for your feedback.

Please make sure your instance have valid SSL certificate.

It should be issued by CA trusted on your Android device and also have information about "Intermediate CA" as described here:

https://developer.android.com/training/articles/security-ssl.html#MissingCa

Hi, 

 

Thank you very much for your answer. 
According to the SSL check on ssllabs.com the certificate is installed correctly - the intermediate cert is also in place. 

Any other ideas?
