Hello there!

As I understand it seems that we need to enable Public Access in your instance.

Marco, as long as they can access Confluence via the Proxy, you should be able to enable Public access and then setup the necessary settings on the desired Space.

Here, we have some docs on this:

Setting Up Public Access - Confluence Server

How to give non Confluence users access to a Space

Here are the steps on how to set this up. These are straight from the docs linked above. Let me know if there is still questions about the process!

Setting Public Access

  1. Choose the cog icon , then choose General Configuration
  2. Choose Global Permissions in the left-hand panel.
  3. Choose Edit Permissions.
  4. In the 'Anonymous Access' section, select the can use check box to enable anonymous access to the content on your site.
  5. If you want to allow anonymous users to see user profiles, select the check box in the View User Profiles section.
Note: You must grant the 'can use' permission as well, if you want to grant the 'View User Profiles' permission.
  6. Choose Save All.

Enabling Anonymous Access to a Space

  • In Confluence, click on the cog icon on the top right handside of the menu bar and select General Configuration
  • In the menu on the left of the screen, scroll down and click on Space Permissions under the USERS & SECURITY heading
  • Scroll down until you get to the Individual Spaces heading and then look for the space you want to allow Anonymous Users to access
  • Click the Manage Permissions link for the space
  • Scroll down the page to Anonymous Access and click on the 'Edit Permissions' button
  • To give Anonymous users the option to view pages in the space but not modify, create or comment on them, check the box under All View for the Anonymous row
  • Click on the 'Save All' button, your screen should now look like this:
