Confluence Questions Does Not Render Code Block Macro

We are testing Confluence Questions. When we insert the code block macro into a question, it renders correctly in the Preview. But when we save, all rendering disappears. Any ideas why this might be happening?

We're that perhaps the content is either meant to render that way in Questions or it may be an issue with the macro.

That's odd since in the macro preview I see it rendered correctly:

So Questions seems not to use the native Confluence code block macro correctly.
