Confluence Page History permission

Its possible restrict permissions so that a user does not see the History page?

No, but you could remove links to the history page onload with JavaScript. It will not deny them access. If they know the URL they can still get to it, but it would obscure it from your average user.

No. The cloud offering does not give you the ability to run custom javascript.
