Hi
We're looking for your backup policy for Confluence OD. We can see that there is a 24 hour back up made of the site, how quickly can this be restored? What is included i.e. attachments and what is the process behind getting to backups should we need them (where do they sit?)? Is there any service level agreement on uptime for the system?
Thanks
Hello there,
I believe that you have already taked a look at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/About+Your+Data.
Note that we don't provide these backups for our customers, they are made for internal use and disaster recovery purposes only. However, you can perform your own backups using OnDemand Backup manager:

Hi Lucas
Thanks for the reply. We can perform our own backup but we are concerned about the amount of space we have left for this due to the 4GB limit and the fact that we can't find out how much space we have used already.

Additionally, the info on the link above states;
What would be the point of taking a backup if we cannot import it back into our instance should we delete a space/page in error? Can we do a backup space by space?
Please could you recommend the best thing for us to do should we wish to safeguard against anything being lost by human error i.e if someone deletes a space, so that if this does happen we will be able to import our content back into our On Demand instance?
Many thanks
