We are building our Knowledge Base and Blog on Confluence.
See screenshot above.

How can we remove the Confluence Logo, Spaces, Apps, Templates, and the Create Button on the page since this will also be seen by anonymous users?

Hi @Samuel Appadoo , in case you would like your Confluence space to look like this:

You can:

  • Go to your Confluence Settings (gear icon) > Scroll down a bit and you will see the dropdown options for customizing Look & Feel, as attached image. You can customize your space as per preferences.Screenshot 2024-10-01 at 2.53.32 PM.png

I hope this helps.

Hi @Samuel Appadoo and welcome to the Community.

Your site can look like this. We're using Scroll Viewport which is a Marketplace app - one of the reasons is that it allows us to keep our confluence spaces private (no anonymous access) but the doc site itself is open to anyone on the internet.

Other app that does this is Instant Websites for Confluence.

You can also look at Refined for Confluence and Spacecraft - which do require anonymous access to work (to my best knowledge).

Look at the Blog support (you may need to convert blogs to pages for some apps), integrations with your Support solutions (JSM, Zendesk...), and analytical tools (like Google Analytics).

Thanks for the shoutout Kristian!

Really nice docs site you have there.

Just to clarify regarding permissions on Refined Sites for anyone viewing this thread: for the Atlassian content (Spaces, JSM portals) - Atlassian permissions are respected here.

You can then add site level access permissions, as well as content level access permission on landing pages, on the Refined site itself. More info: https://help.refined.com/space/CLOUDDOCS/4704241130/Site+access+permissions

So definitely possible to have a Refined site with public access, and private Confluence spaces on the same.

In short: you can't, you would need an addon from the marketplace for that.
