Confluence/Jira - Hipchat Notify Individual User via @mention

Hello,

We have integrated Confluence and JIRA with Hipchat successfully. Based on the paramaters in the Hipchat integration settings, the specified room will receive an alert when an issue is created, updated, etc.

However, we would like to directly Hipchat an individual user if they are @mentioned in a particular issue or page. While they might not check the project room all the time, if they receive a personal Hipchat they will see it.

Is this not possible?

Thanks,

Tom

Hi Thomas,

Unfortunately that is not possible, yet. Here follows the feature request for this: Send JIRA comments to HipChat and direct to name mentions. Please feel free to add your comments and vote for it to make it more noticeable to our developers. smile

Cheers!
