Our users sometimes use quotes in Confluence page titles.
However the Edit in Office function then provides the wrong WebDAV URL, so the attachment can't be found.
This is a classic HTML translation error.
The edit in Office plugin for Confluence has been improved. I belief this problem is fixed since Confluence 3.5.
At least in Confluence 4.2.11 this is fixed.
