After the update we can't export folders through XML/HTML/ export, we have tried to find a solution, but still no luck. Some answers relate to complex structure or large amount of pages but this is the main reason why we chose Confluence.

I could not replicate this behaviour on our test instance as of today.
If it's still happening on your instance, please raise a ticket with us at Support: https://support.atlassian.com/contact.
This way, it'll be possible to do a more in depth troubleshoot.
