Confluence Cloud - Modifying Decisions Template

John Sanders October 4, 2016

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Decisions Blueprint

I'm using JIRA and Confluence Cloud. I want to modify Decisions so that "Owner" is changed to "Decider," and the constraint to select JIRA users is removed, as I have non-users who need to make decisions. I want to do the same thing for "Stakholders," changing them to "Supporter(s)." Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi John,

You can modify the template used by the decisions blueprint by going to General administrationGlobal Templates and Blueprints, then clicking Edit next to Decision.

You can change the row headings easily enough. There's actually no constraint on who you put in any of the fields, but an @mention will only allow you to mention registered Confluence users. To mention anyone else, you can just type their name in without the @.
