Confluence Cloud - Merge several tables in several sub-pages (tagged as journal)

Manuel Garcia Imbernon June 2, 2022

This is Confluence Cloud where the Table Exceprt is not avaiable.

  • I have several sub-pages, all of them marked with the word "Journal"
  • Each sub-page contains a table.
  • The first column of the table is marked with a date (as per calendar).
  • Second column of each table contains the comment/description.
  • Third/Fourth column in each table are to be ignored.
  • Most of the projects in Confluence also have Jira Issues linked to it but not all.

I want to achieve a merge table containing the top row of each of the tables in the different sub-pages called "Journal" and the different Jira Issues linked to it:

  • First column the main page name (project name in Confluence)
  • Second/Third column the information fetched from each one of the rows in the different tables (they have a column with date, another column with comment and two columns extra to be ignored)
  • Last column with the Jira Issues marked as "In Progress" and related to that project.

Thank you very much for your help.
