our atlassian account deactivated for payment reason for some days. When we activated the account ,all files attachment are not accessible. its giving error as Failed to Load.please help us we don't have the local attachment to see refer.
When a site is deactivated for any reason (due to lack of payment or manually deactivated by the billing contact), even if you re-activate it, all the content on the product is deleted, including attachments as well.
However, if your issue is not related to the deactivation and the content was restored from a backup, we would like to raise a Support ticket so we can get a look at the site, but only a site admin would be able to approve access to it.
Would you be able to check with your site admin and ask them to authorize here if we can raise a support ticket then?
