We've set up our instance to default to a Support page for all users (anonymous and those signed in).
I'd like to set it up so that anonymous users still go to the support page.
But employees who log in are directed to the Dashboard.
Is that possible?
Unfortunately, there are no configuration that you can set to do this globally. In order to achieve this without any customisation is to configure each users to set their homepage to "Dashboard" as user preferences will overwrite global configuration.
