Commenting on Attachments - Timing Out
In 2021, my team was using the "comment on attachments" feature to collate stakeholder feedback on PDF reports. In the last 6x months this feature has stopped working and I can't find any answers.
Here is what I experience:
- file uploaded to page as attachment
- open relevant version by selecting "view" in attachments plugin
- drag and drop "comment" onto the document
- comment UI element shows in the right pane as normal, but loading wheel spins and never completes
I have attached a screenshot of what I see in console below. I assume the issue relates to the "Timeout: resources" line, but have no clue what to do about it.
Any ideas team?
