I'm trying to pay my billing but I cant acess my portal. When i've checked my email Ive see a message saying that my account was deleted 28-feb.
I'm wondering if it is possible to reactivate with some backup.
I had a ton of important info in Confluence.
And I cant open a ticket on Cloud support because i dont have valid SEN, my old number expires.

Since this is a matter of urgency try contacting https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing see if they can assist you with this.
You could for example open a support ticket with answers.atlassian.com as URL and try to get in contact that way also.
