Hi,

Due to an LDAP reconfiguration, we had to change the usernames directly in the database of Confluence 3.5.6.

The procedure we used works pretty well, except that we have an issue with the personnal spaces.

In the SPACES table, the personnal spaces named ~oldusername are now named ~newusername. However, no one is able to browse the space until the owner logs in. That means that just after the switch of the usernames, as soon as we click on a username, we're redirected to a page named "Page not found". The avatar is a question mark.

As soon as the user logs in, the personnal space is available to everyone, just as before the switch.

Does someone understand this behaviour, and how to fix it without having to tell everyone to log in?

Thanks

Stéphane

We found the solution. We just had to reindex after removing the index directory.
