Changing a home page for a space

Tring to change the home page for a space to a newly created page. When I make the change the Children Pages do not show up

Hi Adrian, thanks for the reply.. we are on Confluence 5.1.3.. We are using the Document foramt. I was expecting the pages to show at the bottom of the page.. or to the left. On the existing home page that is where the child pages show up. I will try what you did too

I've just tried the same (Confluence 5.4 Beta) and it works for me:

  • I went to any page in my space, titled "A Note...",
  • Created a child page,
  • I went to the Space Overview (in space tools) and set "A Note..." as the home.
  • I clicked on the space logo (in the sidebar) to come back to the home,
  • The page "A Note..." displays and I can see its child in the sidebar.

Which version of Confluence are you using? Where do you expect to see the children? Do you have children for this page?
