Changes to Server licenses and upgrade from Starter - do I understand correctly?

Hi,

I'm running Jira 8.2.3 and Confluence 6.15.6 Server, both on a Starter License. My understanding is that

• Before Feb 2, 2021
• An upgrade of the user-tier to 11-25 is $2700,- for Confluence and $3500,- for Jira (as per https://www.atlassian.com/de/licensing/confluence#server-license and https://www.atlassian.com/de/licensing/jira-software#server-licensing, respectively.)
• From Feb 2, 2021
• I can still upgrade (Starter to 11-25), prices are as above
• Maintenance is $10,- for Starter, and $1600,-/$1300,- for 11-25 tier (https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/future-pricing/server-pricing/pricing-tables)
• I can still update to later versions within a maintenance period
• I can still renew maintenance (until Feb 2, 2024)
• Generally, when upgrading, the maintenance period is "reset" (starts all over)

My Question is: Are these assumptions correct? If not, pls correct. Thx!

Where you can find

Moving from a Starter to a full license is considered a new sale, which means that as of February 2, 2021 PT (the end of new license sales), you won’t be able to upgrade your Server Starter license to a full license. After that point, upgrading will only be available by moving to either cloud or Data Center.
