Change the Server Base URL

Hi all,

I am trying to change the Base URL used to access Confluence but even after I have completed these instructions here. The url does not changes. Is there anything else that needs to changed with this?

Did you restart Confluence after changing the server.xml?

The base url in Confluence is to tell your Confluence where it is. To change where Confluence lives on your network, you'll also need to tell your Name Servers what the new url is and where it should land (i.e. your confluence installation)
