Change "New Blog Post" to another title

When you create a new blog post, the pre-filled language in the blog post title field is "New Blog Post."

We are using this functionality in a different way and would like to change "New Blog Post" to "Ask a Question" or something similar.

How do I do that?

Probably easier to add some jQuery to the CustomHTML area of the admin console that swaps the default text inside the input for the text you want.

One way to do this is to create a custom language pack based on the English language pack. You can go to translations.atlassian.com and download the English language jar for your version of Confluence, and then unzip it and edit the com/atlassian/confluence/core/ConfluenceActionSupport_en_US.properties file to have the text you would like and then zip the contents up again into a jar file and upload that to Confluence.
