I have a simple question.
I want confluence to run under our work domain.
But when I try to do this in the “Custom domains” menu
I get an error
“Upgrade to unlock custom domains
Start a free trial of a Jira Service Management Standard plan. Get advanced features and the support you need to scale reliably.”
I don't understand what it wants me to do. What subscription level do I need? Can I buy a Standard subscription and use Custom Domain?
@[deleted] Welcome to the Atlassian community
I believe custom domains might still be in early adoption per their documentation here: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/add-a-custom-domain/ and here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-6999 To have a custom domain I believe you have to be on a paid plan hence the free trial pop-up.
Yes, just what is the minimum paid plan I need? There are so many: separate for Confluence, separate for Jira...

The standard plan should work as it is any paid plan.
